Managing Your Subscription

You can view and manage your ConverMail subscription directly from your account settings. This includes checking your current plan, usage, and making changes to your subscription.

Viewing Your Current Plan
To see your current subscription details:
1. Go to Settings in your ConverMail dashboard
2. Click on the Subscription tab
3. Here you'll see:
   - Your current plan name
   - Monthly billing amount
   - Next billing date
   - Current usage (prospects, emails sent this month)
   - Plan limits

Changing Your Plan
To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, please contact our support team via WhatsApp.

Our team will help you:
- Upgrade your plan for more prospects or email capacity
- Downgrade to a lower plan (changes take effect at your next billing date)
- Cancel your subscription (your account remains active until the end of your current billing period)
