You can bring your contact list into ConverMail with a CSV file or by adding people one by one. This guide focuses on CSV import so you can get started fast.
Go to Prospects and look for the import option.
Prepare your CSV with clear headers such as first_name, last_name, email, company, and any other fields you track. Make sure emails are valid and there are no duplicate rows.
Start the import and wait for the confirmation. After it finishes, filter the list to spot-check a few records and ensure fields look correct.
