If a campaign is not sending, use this checklist to find the block and fix it.
Check campaign status
- Draft: not launched yet
- Scheduled: waiting for the time window
- Active: sending during the window
Verify schedule and timezone
- Make sure the current time is inside your sending hours
- Confirm your profile timezone so the window matches your local time
Review recent errors
- Open the campaign and look for failed sending email indicators or logs
- If your campaign is a draft, click Start to start sending emails
If none of these solve it, try a very small test audience with a simple template to isolate the cause. Contact us with details if sending still does not start.
