If Gmail stops syncing or you see errors, follow these checks to get back on track.
Common fixes
- Try reconnecting Gmail from your settings page
- Make sure you are signed in to the right Google account in your browser
- If you changed Google password or security settings, reconnect to refresh tokens
Verify conversations
- Open Conversations to see if new replies are appearing, and you can also check by sending a reply
